Noble Prize Winners

Hi! the article that I'm going to write, will be about the Nobel Prize Winners of 2014 in physics. The prize was shared between three winners called Isamu Akasaki, Hiroshi Amano and Shuji Nakamura.

Isamu Akasaki, was born January 30, (1929) is a Japanese scientist, specializing in the field of semiconductor technology. He was awarded the 2014 Nobel prize in Physics.

Hiroshi Amano, was born in Hamamatsu, Japan on September 11, 1960. From 1988 to 1992, he was a research associate at Nagoya University, but later he moved to Meijo University, where he was an assistant professor.  In Nagoya University, he was currently a professor.
He joined Professor was Isamu Akasaki. he developed low-temperature deposited buffer layers for the growth.

Shuji Nakamura, was born May 22, 1954 is a Japanese American electronic engineer and inventor specializing in the field of semiconductor technology, he was professor at the Materials Department of the College of EngineeringUniversity of California. He is regarded as the inventor of the blue LED, a major breakthrough in lighting technology. Together with Isamu Akasaki and Hiroshi Amano, he is one of the three recipients of the 2014 Nobel Prize for Physics.

The prize motivation or the reason for them was for the invention of efficient blue light-emitting diodes which has enabled bright and energy-saving white light sources. I have chosen these three people because they have invented the efficient blue light-emitting and that is very important for us.
